Hated the high pressure tactics. But there was no pressure. Just straight forward, honest dealing. Went back several times to test drive various autos before deciding on our Outback. Wendel Nelson was friendly and helpful. Allowing us to purchase on our own time with no pressue. He has now helped us with one new Outback, a used Honda van and a great, very low milage used Volvo. Anytime we need a vehicle we just call Wendel and he finds just what we need. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Wendel Nelson who I chatted with earlier in the day. We test drove the car, Wendel was excellent about describing the features, accessories and there operations. After we reached an agreement on price, signing documents etc. We then spent the next forty-five minutes loading my phone information and going over the cars systems. Long story short, I did not depart until close to 8 PM. I was not rushed Wendel was willing to stay until I was satisfied!
