My salesman, Wendell, was knowledgeable, extremely courteous and showed me a car near my price range, which I test drove. Driving this Crossover was new to me --because of the make and quality, and because I hadn't driven anything but a sedan before. Wasn't sure if I would fit in it(because of my short stature), but it was so smooth, quiet, and easy to drive--I loved it. I told Wendell that I'd think about it, and come back on Saturday (3 days later). I then continued searching. Other cars were nice, too, but one was too big, one was great, though smaller, another was the same type, but newer and more expensive, one had a sales manager that I walked out on. This was day 2, and then I went home and considered everything. When day 3 came, I called Wendell to see if I could take the car home for a day. I wanted to make sure it fit in my parking space, etc. When I went to return it, planning my next stop, I told him I really liked it, but....When the price came down a bit, I said let's do it. I am so happy with my new car--it is a joy to drive again! It was a great experience all around. You expect a sales person to be knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous, but when they are genuine as well in what they say and do, they are super. This was my experience with Wendell Nelson at this Volvo dealer in Macon, GA. More
A most satisfactory experience Keenan Parrish was very helpful to me when I visited Jackson, looking for a safe, reliable, and comfortable SUV style vehicle that would have easy acc Keenan Parrish was very helpful to me when I visited Jackson, looking for a safe, reliable, and comfortable SUV style vehicle that would have easy access due to occasional physical limitations/difficuty [thanks to RA]. Also, my husband and I often travel with another couple, so a comfortable back seat with good leg-room and a sufficiently large luggage/cargo area were also "need-to-have" check points. After providing me the needed information and looking at both the Forrester and Outback Subaru models, I drove the Outback and experienced for myself its comfort and ease of handling. Keenan is most knowledgeable of the capabilities and features on the Subaru, and was very helpful to me as I had no previous experience with the computerized features and systems equipped on most of the vehicles today. Being of "a certain age", these changes do not come naturally or intuitively, and Keenan was most generous in thoroughly answering my questions to assist my becoming familiar and comfortable with these modern conviences of driving; he has even volunteered for another "help session" as needed at my convience to clarify anything after I've had time to become more familiar with my Outback. I'm sure I'm going to love my SUV thanks to him. More

When we arrived at Jackson, we had already visited several dealerships and still had no idea what type of ve Our experience is very hard to describe. When we arrived at Jackson, we had already visited several dealerships and still had no idea what type of vehicle we wanted. The last vehicle we owned, a 2002 Tahoe, was purchased brand new and had just recently kicked the bucket. We were very nervous pulling into Jackson Automotive because we had heard numerous stories concerning the high cost associated with owning a Mercedes. After a few minutes of looking at the cars, Robert approached us and he immediately made us feel at home. Once we sat down in the office with Robert to discuss details of the purchase, we were immediately asked what we were looking for in our new car. Robert answered all questions and addressed every concern. He even took us inside to meet the service manager to discuss any maintenance questions we had. Their willingness to accommodate our need is what impressed us so much. Customer Service has become a rarity lately and it is SO refreshing to see an organization who puts the customer back in front.. I DEFINITELY LOVING MY MERCEDES! More

He walked the lot with me; and when I did not see anything I was interested in buying, he made certain that he listened and understood my needs and what I wanted in a vehicle [features]. He was very patient; and he maintained communication to where it was not annoying. When the perfect GLK 350 [2014] arrived on the lot, Mike contacted me and it was the one I actually bought. I enjoyed working with Mike because of his attentiveness, patience, courtesy, and professionalism. Mike was on point when he found the right SUV for me; and that was all because of his concern for my interest. Robert Lee, Management, and Scott Chambers, General Service Manager, were both great to work with as well. Awesome experience, above and beyond my expectations; and I have every intention of buying my new sedan next year from Jackson Automotive. More

I told him I would like to check out a Legacy, Forester, and Outback and Mike greeted my wife and I as soon as we arrived and asked how he could help. I told him I would like to check out a Legacy, Forester, and Outback and that I was interested in safety features, visibility, fuel economy, and ease of access. We test drove the Legacy first because I wanted to start with the sedan before the SUV and wagon. I was impressed with the Legacy but had some access issues. Mike helped us eliminate the Forester from consideration.because it did not come with blind spot monitoring. The Outback had all the features I wanted and more. We drove it and I was sold. Mike and Scott worked to get me the deal I wanted. Mike stayed after hours to explain all the benefits of Jackson Automotive Group and the features of the Outback. We were pleased with our experience. More

"Very Impressive" When my husband and I arrived at the dealership we were approached almost immediately by Mr. Turner before entering the building. He was very cordial, asked what vehicle we were interested in then he asked "what exterior color". I thought this is a person who is very interested in what I want not just to sale "a car", that impressed me. We had just left another dearlership and the salesperson brought the model car to test drive but never asked me what "color". Something else Mr. Turner did that was just as impressive and that was to introduce us to the service department, Ms. Annie. I realize that how the customer is treated after the sale--in the service department-- is just as important in customer retention and repeat business. This is the first time I had experienced this which really helped us decide on the purchase. The next morning we received a call from Mr. Turner inquiring about how we liked the car. It was not just the car, but the care and attention to details that made my experience so great. Thank you! More
