I was ready to leave it at that, but Dave went back and was able to increase the value of the trade-in as well as lower the price of the Legacy I was looking at. So I called Jackson Group and spoke with Kerri Bell who was extremely helpful over the phone. I then drove to the dealership and worked with Robert Miller who was very cooperative, friendly and helpful. It took a total of 3 hours from when I arrived to when I drove away in my new Forester. That time included picking which Forester I wanted, doing the trade in of my Highlander and having Robert go over all the features of my Forester with me before I left. This is a very easy and friendly group of people to work with. More

This SUV is amazing, with backup camera, GPS, Satellite radio, phone service, lane change warning, and many other technical abilities but, because of Wendel's careful tutoring, we have had no problems and love our new Forrester more every day.
