REVIEWS of 3 PEOPLE BELOW: I began communicating with Alex Morataya (salesman) about a month and a half ago and told him precisely what I was looking for: exterior color, interior color, navigation syste Alex Morataya (salesman) about a month and a half ago and told him precisely what I was looking for: exterior color, interior color, navigation system, and leather seats which were the “non-negotiating” criteria and if the car did not have these specifications it was a “dealbreaker”. Alex understood completely! He is professional, extremely polite, and has a level of patience that I have not seen with a car salesman, ever. EVER! E V E R !!! We communicated a few times and I sensed this quiet confidence that gave me an assurance that he was truly working for me “behind the scenes” and would do his best to find the “correct” (my “non-negotiables”) car for me. I saw the car advertised at the Volvo dealership and within a day Alex Morataya contacted me regarding the same car indicating that it has all of my preferences! I communicated with friends that were going with me to see and drive the car and I told them that “I think this is the one”. Shortly after that, I spoke with Alex and provided the time that we would arrive at the Volvo dealership and he made a very similar comment, “I think this is the one for you”. He has a genuine confidence in his demeanor and is honest too! He knew precisely the specific criteria that I was looking for in a car. The decision was easy and the car WAS “the one”! During the entire process (waiting to have the purchasing papers processed) Alex was pleasant, ensured that we had drinks, snacks, and asked if we needed anything. His character and kindness goes a long way for most people that appreciate dealing with a person as pleasant as he has been, since our first communication. He is one of a kind and a rarity in this industry for sure! Keep Volvo of Austin in mind and go to see Alex Morataya for your desired car! He is a super star and you will not be disappointed!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Alex Morataya’s manager, Brian Cleven (Sales Manager) was another fabulous person to work with to complete the sale at Volvo of Austin. Brian came in Alex’s office with papers indicating the price. We discussed the price and I said “lowering the cost to this amount may not make a big difference to you, but it makes a big difference to me”. I asked “can we do this amount”… and I threw out a very unique number and he indicated he had never seen “such a number before”…and said “give me a few minutes”. Brian swiftly returned within a minute or two with that EXACT number that I requested. He said “we have a deal” and it was done! He was quick, efficient, and understood what I could pay and helped provide a great deal for a car that I absolutely love! This was the smoothest, quickest, and most efficient car purchase I’ve experienced! This is my sixth car purchase and I’ve been with family for several others and the experience with Brian was by far exceptional! Thank you, Volvo of Austin for having such great people work at your dealership! Brian Cleven is another star! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ One MORE super star is “Natasha” who answers the phone… I’ve called four times during the past day to verify that I had the correct spelling of Alex Morataya and Brian Cleven’s last name prior to posting my review. They went ahead replaced new pirelli tires, windshield which had a crack and fixed wheel curb and some minor electrical led issue. Even on my follow up appointments on we owe. They replaced my battery after purchasing the car. All credits goes to Michael Frohlich as he kept me updated through out the deal. He mailed one of the item I forgot in my trade and sent appreciation card as well. The finance department is really helpful and got me the best rates on financing. More
