This dealership is unorganized and poor communicators. I understand we have supply issues but not communicating with you customers about them is a big problem when you were originally told one thing. Lied and gaslighted me through the process until I said enough. After visiting several other Volvo dealership I decided to take my business to a dealership that actually wants my business. I purchased an XC90 Recharge and special ordered it. My order date was mid September 2021and everything started smoothly. I purchased the extended maintenance plan, wheel and windshield warranty and interior coverage. The problems started when I tried to use my extended warranty. It seems that all of their services are delayed by a minimum of a month. I've submitted a request for a refund for my extended warranty and still haven't received any information. I now have attempted to use my wheel coverage and was told a month and a half to replace my cracked wheel. More
