He also provided proof of what items that were brought up to standard. The car was practically new! The experience was seamless and pleasurable. He took inventory of where I was in the process and facilitated a VERY easy car purchase. Since I am 3 hours away, he personally met me halfway in Charlotte at a sister dealership with all closing paperwork and my new vehicle, and drove my trade-in base to Winston Salem. Not to mention, he did this on a Friday evening, and even after doing paperwork for purchase/financing (which was so easy as he was immaculately prepared), he took over an hour to help me set up my new car settings and make sure I had everything I needed.
