poor customer service New xc60 delivered to Volvo Cars of WS. When my wife brought it in for service she was told she had to wait at the dealer without a loaner after they New xc60 delivered to Volvo Cars of WS. When my wife brought it in for service she was told she had to wait at the dealer without a loaner after they initially had offered her one thus altering her workday at the last minute. Tire pressure monitor light on and VCWS turns it off finding no problem with tires. 2 days later TPM light on again and nail is removed/tire plugged at local tire dealer. Despite repeated service at recommended intervals at this dealer and requests to have tires rotated as needed the only comment on service paper work was "light tire wear." At 39k oil change Jiffy Lube detects severe irregular wear along the inner aspect of multiple tires and recommends return to Volvo for possible warranty issue. VCWS is dismissive and denies making any errors. The next day all four tires replaced and camber/alignment appropriately repaired at Greensboro Volvo with excellent customer service. No reason for us to decline service on a fleet car as it is covered by fleet company. These guys have poor customer service and poor tire expertise. More

I appreciate her honesty and made a note that if I found another vehicle I would contact her. Found a 2008 Volvo XC70 at Volvo Cars Winston-Salem. They have a great selection of vehicles to choose from. Met with Ms. Kirby and she introduced me to Zach Hisel who set up a test drive. Zach is very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He answered all my questions. Overall, the experience was pleasant and no hassile whatsoever. A fair price was agreed upon and thus you have a happy customer! Thanks so much! The impeccable service department takes care of all concerns without hesitation! We are very much looking forward to doing business with Thomas Wells again when my wife replaces her V-70 with an S model. Given all the R&R work the dealership did after taking this original Volvo of the Triad car on trade a second time, I look forward to many months of near-perfect performance and thereafter to having this dealer's service techs keep the technology running flawlessly. Poor customer service and even worse auto service. I purchased a Volvo XC70 with high miles from this dealership. I was given a stack of inspection paperwork showing all systems checked out and a list of repairs they performed on the vehicle. The service included an oil change, new tires and the front end aligned. The tires were the cheapest available for the vehicle, which I don't believe belong on a quality vehicle from a quality dealer. I had the tires replaced after 2000 miles and the tech found the tie rod end lock bolts were backed off by over 1/8th of an inch, and not tightened as required. I had to have the alignment re done costing over $80.00, not to mention the safety issue. 10/17- The dealership did get back to me, they refunded me the cost of the alignment, and the General Manager gave me his contact info if I had any other issues. More

We agreed through text messages on a price and a CPO warranty was part of the deal-she asked for our credit card number to put down the deposit and then told us that unfortunately the CPO warranty was not included. We had been talking about that warranty through the whole negotiations, we don’t understand why it was changed at the last minute. We feel misled, won’t do business with them again. Be careful of what they agree too, it could change at any time. More
