After being involved in a car accident, we recently purchased a vehicle from Volvo of the Triad. Our decision was made solely on how safe the car was and once our sales consultant Allen went over all purchased a vehicle from Volvo of the Triad. We felt the dealership worked hard to find us the perfect car and we did! (Volvo S80) We received excellent costumer service from Allen as well as Ameer and Mark. I have entered all '5s' for volvo of the Triad has earned each the highest in each category. We bought our 4th Volvo for the two same reasons we bought our 1st one: First of all, we are in has earned each the highest in each category. We bought our 4th Volvo for the two same reasons we bought our 1st one: First of all, we are interested in Volvo for safety primarily. I would prefer to drive a small 74 Super Beetle VW if the truth were known. But safety is paramount. Secondly, Volvo is also a ecology minded manufacturer and designer. We looked at Prius, CRV and other Hybrids but went with an XC60 Volvo after confirming that Volvo is still designed and manufactured the same way they always have been, that being with a Nordic concern for the environment. Thirdly, is price. Being a Loyal Customer and trading in a car which Volvo of the Triad has serviced since we purchased it there, the price was very competitive. Our first Volvo purchased from Volvo of the Triad was the most competitively priced in the middle of NC and also in Columbia, SC. In general, regarding Volvo of the Triad, I rated all '5s' because we have learned to completely trust the Service Department at Volvo of the Triad; I was reared in a house where we did not trust the Dealers to service our cars, mind. Regarding friendliness, sincerity and trustworthiness is the foundation. After 10 years of servicing 3 cars, I can say I would trust the Service Manager completely. Beyond Friendliness: One of our children drove a car to rural New York. She hit a huge pot hole that ripped out the oil pan. She called me and I called the Volvo of the Triad Service Manger. He asked if he could directly coordinate the repair and such with her including interfacing with any mechanics she needed to speak with; what a relief that was. Note: we also bought a used 10 year old Volvo from Volvo of the Triad with 119K miles for our daughters in High School and College. It still is reliable and solid. It was a car that the Service Manager knew and had serviced as per schedule (had all the records). More

My wife was in the market for a new vehicle. Having owned three Volvo's in the past we've always been pleased. We looked at some newer models of Volvo and also vehicles from other manufacturers but thanks to three Volvo's in the past we've always been pleased. We looked at some newer models of Volvo and also vehicles from other manufacturers but thanks to our experience with Andrew and Volvo of the Triad we she decided to stay with them. Andrew worked really hard to maintain our business but at no point did we feel pressured. He and the sales staff were very accommodating and flexible. They even delivered the vehicle to our home and personally gave my wife a tutorial of the vehicle right in our own driveway. I would highly recommend Andrew Robin and Volvo of the Triad to others. Car went in for service and Ameer Watkins called offering a great deal on a 2013 XC90. We took him up on the great offer. Bradley delivered the car to us in Raleigh, NC - 2 hours from Winston Salem. (FYI - there is a big Volvo dealership 15 minutes from my house but I use a dealership 2 hours away - THAT should tell everyone something!) They have a super service department - Jasmine you are awesome. As well as Billy in the mobile unit that comes to MY house to service. This is my second XC90 from Volvo of the Triad - I am a customer for life! Ameer, Bradley, Jasmine, Billy are true ambassadors for Volvo of the Triad! They are simply the BEST! More

I admire the way Volvo of the Triad is run. Good people, all committed to an uncommon vision of total customer service. Honestly I never look forward to buying a car. I am no expert and it is hard to fight for a deal when you are up against the masters of negotiation. However, the team at Volvo of the Triad made it a pleasurable experience. I was initially very impressed by Andrew's professionalism, knowledge of the brand and commitment to the vision of total customer service. I felt assured that even if the worst happened with the new car, I would be taken care of. I needed that assurance as I am new to Volvo. Ashley was a great help, especially with my wife who I know felt more comfortable with her on the test drive. I also enjoyed working with her. Chris Carter was great to deal with on the back end (very cool - put me at ease). Immanuel's (the service tech's) honesty was greatly appreciated and immediately took the edge off of my curiosity by shooting straight with me regarding my questions about things that I might expect to deal with over the life of the car. So far so good on the car. I am happy with the quality of the Volvo, although it is very different than the Acura I used to drive. I feel very confident that if anything happens Volvo of the Triad will stand behind their product (as I bought a 2008 model). They have several programs outside the standard certified warranty to ensure customers are cared for, such as free roadside assistance for life. To me that makes a big difference in the way I feel driving this car. I am a very satisfied customer. In the cut throat market of car sales, this dealership certainly has an uncommon customer friendly approach. I encourage all buyers to do your homework before you go in there so you are prepared. However, do consider the importance of the team you will be working with during and after the sale. Also, consider that a good vehicle is worth a premium and they do a great job to find the very best vehicles for their inventory. They are not the cheapest dealership, but the quality of product and their uncommon approach to serving their customers is well worth every penny you will pay. More
