Helene and the rest of the crew at the front desk (at Old Tarrytown Rd service ctr) are AMAZING and on top of getting your car back to you ASAP. There is also a free shuttle that runs from the service center to Metro North. The dealer (located on Main St) is also fabulous at getting involved even AFTER they sold you the car, to help move things along if needed. A+++++ More
