No Customer Service What so ever I would give a 5 star negative rating if this was possible. I attempted to contact Mazda White Plains Service department by phone for 4 consecutive I would give a 5 star negative rating if this was possible. I attempted to contact Mazda White Plains Service department by phone for 4 consecutive days, several times each day and at various times of their posted open hours. Nobody ever answered the phone. I live chatted with a dealer representative on each of these days also and was informed that a service representative would be getting in touch with me. That never happened. I spoke with a live person at one point who said that the service department was having phone trouble, but she would pass my message along to someone named Pat to get in touch with me. This also never happened. I also tried contacting dealership sales directly for assistance, got a couple of offers to buy a new car but no help getting in touch with service department. I had used Mazda White Plains in the past for service so it was not like I was a new customer Long story short I had to contacted another dealer, one I never used before, and within minutes the service manager had me scheduled for my recall service. When I arrived on the day of the scheduled service I dealt with a friendly and professional staff, the work was completed, and I was in and out of that dealership within an hour. That is customer service. More

This presents unique i The team at White Plains Jaguar has the best service for my Jaguar in the area. My XK8 is a 2000 Coupe so it is 17 years old. This presents unique issues (such as availability of parts and specialized service). The automotive techs at White Plains Jaguar have many years experience with Jaguars so they understand the mechanical issues with my particular car. I have had extensive work done on it, but the team has always saved me time and money. Needless to say, my XK8 runs beautifully. Edgar is an excellent technical advisor, always patient and courteous. The team in the shop (Al and John) have many years mechanical experience with Jaguars, and they have my full trust. I would never go anywhere else for my XK8 service. More

I was, however, confused about one particular feature; the vehicle prompting you that you have just received a text message. I had called Jaguar White Plains service department and had the pleasure of speaking with Edgar. Edgar is definitely a person who displays a genuineness of customer care. He answered whatever questions I had and for anything he was unsure of, he went out of his way to find the answers for me and always called me back. He truly cares about the customers concerns. Anyone looking for quick genuine service call Edgar and he will definitely help you in any way he could. More

Excellent service department I have been using the service department at Westchester Subaru for years (and have purchased the last four of my Subarus from them). It's easy to sch I have been using the service department at Westchester Subaru for years (and have purchased the last four of my Subarus from them). It's easy to schedule service appointments; there is a comfortable waiting room; their work is good quality work; they have reasonable prices and stand behind their work. Tom Cominsky is an excellent manager. I just had a 30,000 servicing plus a NY State inspection. When I arrived, Tom told me when the car would be ready because I had an appointment afterward. The work was completed just about to the minute. Excellent! More

Finally, when I got home, I noticed that the black and silver molding around the parking lights was missing. I have no idea why it would have been removed in the first place. I called and left messages hours before their closing time and got no return call. More
