2018 Crosstrek Limited We were interested in the 2018 Crosstrek and met Ken Freeman, which was at a time before the model was in any of the showrooms. Ken had us take a test drive in the 2017 model and explained the differences with the newer version. Ken spent alot of time answering all the questions and we decided to preorder the car. When the 2018 models came in Ken invited us over to test drive one (our car had alot of extra features added to it and due in later). He handled our returning of our Legacy leased car. Our car finally came in this past week and the car was exactly what he advised us it would be and what we were after. Ken was extremely knowledgeable, informative, patient and took care of everything for us making the process very simple. We look forward to dealing with Ken for our next car. More
