When things weren't perfect with the car the day after I got it, John, the manager stepped in, took control to mitigate and made sure that I was not inconvenienced in any way as they worked to remedy the situation. He was proactive and communicative. The result was fairly seamless, fast and hassle-free experience to get a car that I love. In addition, Janyll helped to set up and integrate all my tech features: bluetooth, volvo on call app, etc. She didn't stop until she made sure it was all working properly.
