So disappointed! After being quoted $360 on the phone for a service I was told it was over $600 when I arrived. The "battery low charge" light which I asked to be checked and was told was okay, came on again a service I was told it was over $600 when I arrived. Dried leaves which had gathered around the inside of the hood, and in the air intake vents, were still there after the service. For a service costing over $800 have an apprentice vacuum the leaves next time. More

Immediately when walking into the dealership, I was greeted by staff at the front desk, asking if I needed help, told them I was interested in a Volvo, they then found me Michelle Rodriguez to assist. greeted by staff at the front desk, asking if I needed help, told them I was interested in a Volvo, they then found me Michelle Rodriguez to assist. While she was finishing up some work, they asked if I would like water or a coffee as I waited. The wait wasn't long and Michelle came to assist. She was very courteous and professional, showed me around the car before letting me take the car on a test drive. She was extremely professional through the whole process and as I was still undecided, there was no push for a sale, but an understanding and let me think about it. We continued to speak through e-mail without issue. This meant a lot, especially when dealers tend to push before you leave. This allowed me to leave there relaxed. After deciding to go with the S60, I came back to the dealer where I was then introduced to Janyll Valencia ( Product Specialist ) who then broke down every detail of the car to us ( My mother and I ) in a very easy to understand way and, anything that seemed a little hard to follow, she took her time with us until we got it and were satisfied. We were able to pretty much get a full understanding of the entire vehicle with Janyll and was able to walk back into the dealer to sign the paperwork without issue thanks to her guidance. Back at the dealer, at the signing, we are then greeted by Demitri Pappas (Business Manager) who had us sign the lease agreement and all other needed documents to obtain the car. Another individual who again, took their time and explained everything so clearly, that there was no room for misinterpretation, which is super important when considering there is money being spent through these documents. He was able to guide us also with extra options available ( Warranties, etc. ) without ever pushing us to make us uncomfortable or feel out of place. A very respectable gentleman. All in all and with all the people we dealt with all around, started with smiles ( even through the masks, eyes can tell ) and left with the S60 in the same exact way all around. I highly recommend them and this dealership for anyone else in their search. More
