Below expectations In the process of my wife test driving a forester the car caught on fire. Sloppy maintenance resulted in a an oil cap left off the engine. My wife ha In the process of my wife test driving a forester the car caught on fire. Sloppy maintenance resulted in a an oil cap left off the engine. My wife had to run in the rain to get assistance from the dealership as the sales man didn't carry a cell phone or have the dealerships number. Even though my wife was shaken up I told them we were still interested in a subaru but they never contacted me or attempted to make it up to us in the purchase of a new vehicle. Ultimately we went to another dealership 20 miles away to buy our Forestor. Seems like the sale is all that matters even at the expense of the customer's comfort. Go to Stanford Subaru instead. They will assist you properly. More
