the LEMON dump bucket Bought a 2015 car in March 2016. It's been breaking down since the first week I got it. After the car stalling and breaking down in the middle lane on I-684 and nearly being killed I left the car with WP Mazda Service under warranty. They kept the car for 2 months. I picked it up and found deep scratches all over my car and the car still breaks down. I asked them to fix the scratches and they insisted it wasn't their fault. Rafael then poorly attempted to apply touch up paint to the scratches as a "favor". It's hideous. I'm embarrassed of the job Rafael Fernandez did to my car. I'm embarrassed to even say I've done business with this lemon dump bucket. Tom Larossa and Dave the Director promised I would be provided with good service and I'm still waiting to see it. I doubt good service even exists in a place like WP Mazda dealership. I've been forced to get a lawyer as the dealership keeps damaging my car every time I bring it in to be serviced after a break down and refusing to take responsibility. Isn't the dealership responsible for fixing a car under warranty? Additionally, shouldn't the dealership own up to selling a car with major break down issues and also take responsibility for the damage further caused while being serviced by Rafael Fernandez? Rafael Fernandez, by the way, did not ask my permission to apply touch up paint on my car. I now need PROFESSIONAL body work done to cover that ugly mess you call a "favor" when you are the one who scratched the car while being serviced by you! More

Friend suggested driving me to White Planes where I found Jason Adler at Volvo. Jason was so easy-going, PATIENT, and organized. When I drove the 2017 S60 Dynamic I knew I had found my car. Jason took time out of his busy schedule to drive the Volvo to me in Manhattan and spent an hour with me explaining the features yet again. Thank you Jason Adler and White Planes Volvo for my beautiful new car. More

The worst service I have ever had from any auto dealer I went into this dealership in July 2016 to purchase a new 2016 Crosstrek. At the time, the sales representative, Chris Santiago, told me and my wife I went into this dealership in July 2016 to purchase a new 2016 Crosstrek. At the time, the sales representative, Chris Santiago, told me and my wife that we could finance the purchase at 0% for 48 months. As 55-year-old adults, business owners and former bankers, my wife and I remember very clearly that this is what we were told. We were also provided with a "Purchase Details" worksheet on the day we ordered the vehicle which clearly indicated 0% financing and included a "monthly payment" amount which also derived from a 0% interest rate. We also remember asking whether we could obtain a purchase price discount for paying cash rather than financing the vehicle, and we were told that they would include some of the accessories we ordered at no charge. Well, the vehicle arrived at the end of September, and we went to the dealership to take delivery. We were told by the person handling our paperwork, that the financing rate was 1.49%, which is not what we were expecting. We spoke with the Sales Manager, Tracey Keith, who told us that the sales associate never told us that he had offered us 0% financing. He, furthermore, told us that he himself never offered us 0% financing when it was HIS signature that appeared at the bottom of our "Purchase Details" order sheet that clearly showed 0% financing. He strongly insinuated that my wife were lying about what we were told. We promptly cancelled our order, and, to add insult to injury, when we requested a refund of our deposit, the sales manager told us that WE had to provide proof that we had left a deposit. He made me email the sales associate a copy of my credit card statement showing the $500 deposit I had left with the dealership. The dealership, presumably, had NO record of receiving our deposit and, had we taken delivery of the vehicle, would not have deducted the deposit from our purchase price. I am so angry about my experience at this dealership that I plan to write to the owner of the dealership directly as well as Subaru and the New York State Department of Consumer Protection and the state attorney general. Buyer beware. I would avoid this dealership like the plague. More

Positive Experience Traveled to many Volvo dealerships in the metro area - NY, CT and NJ, - and have dealt with a lot of sales representatives. Volvo of White Plains in Elmsford was certainly one of the best. Professional - straight forward. Only two things I would change - 1) The website needs to be properly directed as sometimes it gets a Privacy Error 2) Parking and Cert. Pre-Owned vehicle showing area is at separate lot - would be more convenient with a bit more space. More
