I told Chuck that I am looking to purchase a vehicle within a weeks timeframe. I have my car search narrowed down and I told him I would like to test drive the white 2014 Subaru forester and the white 2014 Subaru Outback and maybe possibly a Mazda cx5 just to check it out quick. Chuck went on to look at his computer and eventually said "well, I can't let you test drive all three because miles will be added to them and they won't sell as well." Like HELLO I just told you very specific vehicles that I am highly interested in and said I want to buy within a week!!! He went on to say that I was supposed to go to the new dealership down the road to test drive and I said they told me to come over here to the preowned section. I told him I would like to test drive the actual car that I could be purchasing instead of a new car. How does that make sense at all?! I was absolutely flabbergasted that he would not let me test drive the vehicles. Why wasn't he taking me seriously? I ended up getting up because it was a complete joke and said no problem I'll go to another dealership who can actually help me. Better get rid of that guy because you lost a quick sale More
