My entire experience at Volvo of Westport has been outstanding...from the moment that I walked in the door, to the follow-up calls to make sure I was happy with everything. He introduced me to everyone, particularly the service staff, so that if I need service, I will know just who to go to. Mary Helen at the front desk couldn't be nicer and more capable. Any questions or concerns I had were ALL taken care of immediately. The fact that Angelo has had so much experience in the auto business, along with his friendly personality and outstanding business-like demeanor, made my experience at Volvo of Westport so great. I will definitely return to this outstanding dealership. When I walked in I was thinking that I'd like to purchase a new car for my daughter, quickly realizing that a used car would be better. Angelo didn't put any pressure on me to stick with the new car, and facilitated the purchase, paperwork, and follow-up on the used car sale. We repeatedly receive fantastic service from this dealership. When we pick up our car we know the service to our vehicle is of great quality, any problems have been detected and corrected. All of this is provided at a decent cost. The service representatives are very personable. Kyle is very knowledgeable and provides us with great service. We know when we have left our car in his hands, he follows up on it and makes sure we are provided the best of service. This is why I travel an additional 20 miles and deal with traffic that a one way trip takes an average of 35 minutes. More

The purpose of this service was a standard while-u-wait oil change. In addition, the service person(s) were proactive. While doing the oil change, he noticed that the tires would benefit from a standard, oil change. In addition, the service person(s) were proactive. All was done -- oil change plus tire rotation within the expected while-u-wait timeframe plus there was no incremental charge for the tire rotation. More important to me, the tire rotation wasn't on my radar and winter weather is coming to CT. I truly appreciated the very professional approach to all of it. Very pleasant experience too. I will have future service done at this dealership. More

Volvo of Westport has an excellent Service Department. I called with a engine question and was told by Kyle to bring the car in so they could take a look. After the car was checked out and everything was found to be fine, I was picked up at home by Luis and brought back to the dealership to get my car. I was very pleased that everything was fine and covered by warranty, but even more impressed by the attention to detail provided, even with an unscheduled service call. More
