When I called to set my appointment I asked for a quote on my service. I was quoted one figure and then when I came to pick up the vehicle it was almost $100 more for the final bill. I asked to speak to on my service. I was quoted one figure and then when I came to pick up the vehicle it was almost $100 more for the final bill. I asked to speak to a service manager (it was around 5 pm on a Friday) and subsequently waited 25 minutes (standing up the whole time). The cashier was attentive and returned 2-3 times to let me know that someone would come out and visit with me shortly. Another person in one of the offices came out after about 20 minutes to let me know someone would be coming to talk to me in a few minutes. Finally, the cashier came out to let me know that the bill had been dropped by $79. All well and good, but I still felt that a manager should have visited with me. I've been a fleet buyer for over 35 years and dealt with many dealerships in the past, domestic and foreign. I'm used to a special type of service. Not that I should be treated any differently than your one car owner, but I certainly see things differently because of experience. More

The negotiating process was extremely straightforward and the finance team had my deal put together with the promotional interest rate applied before I arrived at the dealership. No haggling or arguing was necessary and the finance manager took time to explain all options and why some options were not relevant or appropriate given the down payment we provided. More
