I know that everyone gets down on car dealers, but I personally had a great experience purchasing my Volvo. Ken greeted me with a warm smile and seemed very knowledgable about his inventory. I was looking for something very specific and Ken pointed out all of my options and made a few extra recommendations that I did not think about and it did make a lot of sense. After the test drive, Ken made it very easy to get to the price I was willing to pay and then met with the finance manager and we wrapped it up within an hour.
