Special thanks to my main man Dion Dejurnett for showing me the cars and options and understanding my needs. His sales experience and Harlan the manager understood my wants and budget and made everything work with an amazing deal that made it irresistible to sign and drive away!! I’m actually looking forward to my next car shopping experience because with these folks I know I am getting good value and working with really good people!! Plus free car washes so I’ll be in to see the team regularly!! Never ever buy a car from this place, or any of the McKenna dealerships. The sales people, especially John Apodaca, have zero knowledge of the products, will lie thru their teeth to get a sale, and to McKenna dealerships. The sales people, especially John Apodaca, have zero knowledge of the products, will lie thru their teeth to get a sale, and to boot, management admits their sales staff need “product training.” The owner, Danny McKenna, is a waste of a gene pool - typical car dealer mentality. He refuses to resolve any problems, despite all the marketing gimmicks he sends out stating that he’s all about making things right with the customer. More

I needed to replace my windshiled on a brand new Electric Volvo and workig with Andriy Dotsenko in service was a pleasure. We spoke on the phone, did some e-mailing back and forth and scheduled the day I wo Volvo and workig with Andriy Dotsenko in service was a pleasure. I spoke with Junior via phone and we went over a lease quote for a new Volvo. Junior then advised me to respond to an email with my trade vehicle info, which I obliged. After waiting approximately 24 ho quote for a new Volvo. Junior then advised me to respond to an email with my trade vehicle info, which I obliged. After waiting approximately 24 hours with no response to my email, I sent a follow up email to check the status. I never received a response to this day. I ended up buying from a different dealership. Not impressed at all with the lack of follow up from Junior. Very bad customer service. More
