Work with Neal Hyman! Neal Hyman is the best sales person I've worked with, at this or ANY dealership. I have bought 2 Volvos from him and will absolutely do so again when Neal Hyman is the best sales person I've worked with, at this or ANY dealership. I have bought 2 Volvos from him and will absolutely do so again when next in the market. He is extremely knowledgeable about his product, and takes the time to educate his customers. He creates a relaxed yet professional buying experience from start to finish. He also takes care of his customers "after the sale", assisting his customers when they have other issues arise at the dealership (on at least one occasion I had a very frustrating experience with the service department, but Neal got involved and handled it well to my satisfaction). I must also do a "shout out" to his knowledge of Volvo's Overseas Delivery Program - which I highly recommend! More

Efficient, pleasant buying experience Let me start by saying that I hate the process of buying a new car. I've had bad experiences in the past, and that made me delay looking for a new ca Let me start by saying that I hate the process of buying a new car. I've had bad experiences in the past, and that made me delay looking for a new car. But eventually I built up the energy to start visiting dealerships, and had the pleasure of meeting Iris Harley at Volvo Cars Silver Spring. Within minutes of visiting the showroom, Iris approached me and began to answer my questions. She was enthusiastic, had passion for the brand, and was well versed in Volvo's lineup. (She drives a Volvo herself.) She patiently worked with me as I considered the XC40, XC60, and XC90. After test driving the XC60 and XC90, I was leaning towards the XC90, but worried that the larger vehicle might not fit comfortably in my garage. She suggested that I borrow an XC90 to visit my house and double-check, which I did. After (nervously) passing that test, I was ready to buy the XC90. Iris worked past closing time to help me complete that process, not rushing anything and making sure all of my questions were answered. Everything went smoothly. There was never any pressure or surprises. I took delivery of my new XC90, and so far I love the vehicle. Everyone I interacted with at Volvo Cars Silver Spring was professional, but I want to give particular kudos to Iris as she was a delight to work with. This is my first Volvo purchase, and she contributed to my enthusiasm for trying out this Swedish brand. I was on the fence with several other brands, but her enthusiasm and no-pressure friendliness helped push me over to Volvo. More
