Took 2 visits . . . Our sunroof wouldn't close (2 year old xc60 with 7000 miles always kept in garage and was the 4th time we used the sunroof). Took it in for a day. Fi Our sunroof wouldn't close (2 year old xc60 with 7000 miles always kept in garage and was the 4th time we used the sunroof). Took it in for a day. Fixed saying the accordian style seal on pass side detached causing the failure. A few months later I opened sunroof & the same accordian seal dropped off into my lap. Second visit they replaced seal with new one under warrantee. Only dealership & is 14 miles away on other side of town; a 40 minute drive one way. More

So I was not happy when their Seattle lease was not renewed because I live in Bellevue and I had been going to Bob Byers Seattle location since 1999. However, I decided to make the drive because Bob Byers Volvo has always treated me right. Also, I was impressed that Bob Byers transferred many of the employees, including Scott Thomsen to the Ravenna location when the downtown location was closed. More
