He knew what his shop could deliver and when they would be able to do so and he was very upfront with the limitations of what I was asking for. I feel Navid and the service crew at this dealership (now part of the "Swickard Group?") went above and beyond on my behalf to the point of following up on the claim I started with my aftermarket service contract so that I was out of pocket for $0. I am delighted with how I was kept informed along the way and the outcome of the service experience. More
Great Service I’ve been taking my 07 S40 to Bob Byers for regular service since I moved to Seattle seven years ago and have yet to be disappointed. Everyone in the service department is friendly, helpful and no-pressure. I trust that they are only recommending work that truly needs to be done and not inflating the urgency on any of it. Just recently I was in for my 100K mile service anticipating bad (expensive) news, but left with a simple list of possible future fixes and cost estimates so I could plan for them. Will continue to drive Volvo and service my current and future cars with Bob Byers. More
Quick Service, but no map service The service was quick but they were unable to update the SENSUS navigation map. Apparently this takes 4 hours or more because Volvo is not aware that maps change frequently and the online map upload system doesn’t work as described in the manual. I love the car but SENSUS is very disappointing . More
10,000 Mile Service Adam provided great service - quick and efficient which is what I needed. At my dealership in Culver City where I purchased my car the service man always come out to greet you. The waiting area Is cramped and stuffy, So I walked about 75 yards over to the main show room to wait there. I asked the serviceman if they did complimentary car wash it’s like they do at my dealership in LA. He told me that because of some kind a plumbing issue they don’t do it, when I got my car back it had a bunch of very dirty water stains all over my car that were not there when I brought it in like they had set it under something that was dripping water . I really didn’t appreciate the fact that no one even bothered to wipe the dirty water off my car More

From making the appointment, reserving a loaner car, having the service done to receiving a text that the car was ready was a smooth, easy process. They were also able to replace a recalled part at this appointment. Adam at the service desk was courteous, professional and helpful. He took time to answer my many “how to” questions. More
