We bought this car in about 2015 and have always had it serviced here. We are a one-car family and really appreciate getting a loaner. All the service advisors are responsive, expert, and thoughtful. Recently we had a problem with a bent rim (Seattle pothole on a dark night) and I called the service department for help. Bryan Flaherty told me you didn't deal with that kind of thing, but recommended a repair shop that he had sent others to and gotten good results. That shop was careful, cautious, and skilled. They eventually determined they could repair the wheel, and did so for $165, significantly less than the cost of a new wheel. This is the kind of listening and good advice that I associate with Volvo Cars Seattle. More
