I flew in from Texas to check out the car and they were very accommodating to my tight schedule. There was never a hardsell and I appreciate the honesty of Mazi when he was very up front with the fact that he did not know much about the car. I've purchased many cars, and one of the biggest turnoffs for me is some salesman making things up! The entire experience, from first contact thru purchase and delivery of the car, was exceptional. I was supposed to go golfing with my Dad on a Sunday morning and he called to say it was too rainy. I was shopping for a new car after having a Ford Explorer for 16 years! I didn't know where to start. Do I get an Infiniti, BMW, Audi, Lexus, Mercedes, Range Rover? I wanted an SUV. Ironically, I parked in front of the Volvo dealership because I saw an Infiniti crossover for sale and I wanted to check it out. Sure enough, it was too small but the Volvo cars had caught my eye. After hours of test driving other vehicles, I returned to the dealership to test drive the Volvo Xc60. I knew from the moment I pulled away that this was my new car:) Thomas was a great salesperson because he never pressured. He let the car sell itself. He was informative, cordial, and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Santa Monica Volvo because their staff represents the quality of the car they are selling. All of them joined in to help which showed me the family oriented nature of that dealership.
