The service at this dealership is great. From drop off to pick up they maintain contact with you the entire time of the process. They also take the time to take a video and show you all the parts that need to be replaced And why. My service advisor, Laiza, Did a really great job making sure the job was completed in a timely manner. Lastly a nice car wash before getting the vehicle back goes a long way with me. Will definitely come back and get my car service here in the future. More

I would still be waiting for a call back if I didn’t contact Santa Monica. Those two need to be trained in contacting clients at a reasonable time and re take class in customer service. I would never recommend anyone at that location. I 100 percent would recommend Santa Monica though. People there are caring and get the job done. Keep up the great work! More
