Outstanding Kevin Nichols and his team ensured I didn't leave with a car that could of failed on me. Especially when I only went in for an oil change. My New Volvo XC90 When my 2 year lease on my 2014-XC90 was expiring, I had plans to purchase this vehicle. But upon entering the showroom I was taken aback by the 2016 When my 2 year lease on my 2014-XC90 was expiring, I had plans to purchase this vehicle. But upon entering the showroom I was taken aback by the 2016 redesigned XC90. After speaking with my salesman, Joel Lozano, I decided to lease this new XC90. His professionalism and knowledge of all the new features made my decision an easy one. This is my 4th XC90 that I have bought from him and I love the way they drive as well as all the upgrades that have been made on the 2016 model. By leasing, I am able to upgrade to a new model every 2-3 years. Thanks Joel! More
