The service level afforded by the staff has been exceptional and my vehicle is in top shape. On my most recent visit, a problem was confirmed and dealt with in a very fair and expedient manner. The technician, Emerson, was anxious to assist me. The waiting area is comfortable (since I need to wait for my vehicle) and, overall, I am pleased with the relationship with Princeton Volvo. Paul Melhus was my original salesperson and I highly recommend him if you are in search of a new Volvo. The after-sale attention was unexpectedly high and I appreciate the value added by this facility. Chris Long was personally involved in getting me acclimated with my vehicle after purchase and I didn't realize he was the GM until later on. No ego, just helpful. More

Scheduled maint. service and replace battery Emerson was efficient and courteous and double checked on a car message fault (charging failure) without big fuss. The message had appeared on the car information screen again a few hours after retrieving the car on Tuesday after the installation of a new battery. I returned the car on Wednesday and waited while the technicians checked the system again. This was done with curtesy and after finding nothing wrong, Emerson sent the data to Volvo USA to check id they knew what the problem could have been. The unfortunate situation was handled very professionally by Emerson. More
