40,000 Mile Service The service team worked very hard to insure that I wasn't inconvenienced in any way when my car was in for service. They were faced with not having a loaner car available when I got dropped my car off. They scrambled, made phone calls, etc. to get me a care within 30 minutes. Then, my car wasn't ready until rush hour. Rather than having me drive thru rush hour traffic, they had one of their drivers bring my car to me. Outstanding team effort to make sure I was happy! Repairs Needed Excellent service. Although there were delays ( part needed to be shipped from West Coast), this was a positive as I got to experience the 2020 XC90 Excellent service. Accommodating and quick service I had a service appt for Tuesday but on Friday a light came on. I took it in on Saturday at noon and Bill gave me a loaner, updated the software and I had a service appt for Tuesday but on Friday a light came on. I took it in on Saturday at noon and Bill gave me a loaner, updated the software and did the service (including back brakes) for a Monday morning pick up. All very friendly and easy! More

Oil Change and warranty work In the end, everything was great. However, there was a lot of issue around my warranty and what was covered and not covered.
