The Service Department is very well set up for receiving the cars. The individuals who made the appointment for the service and oversaw the service were very efficient. Unsatisfied with overall service I took my car in for routine service which was done and got a loaner (which was good) but the dealer failed to even clean my car. They ran the car through a carwash and didn’t even bother to dry the car so there were streaks in the back window. The interior of the car was not vacuumed at all. I was told the car was ready for pick up at 3:05pm but when I got there (close to 5pm) they couldn’t locate my car and I had to wait for about 15min while they were looking for the car (the car was apparently sitting in the car wash.)
