Ed and the Princeton Volvo family went above and beyond to help us secure a 2021 XC60 over the July 4th holiday weekend. In fact, after finding inventory on Friday and contacting Ed, we agreed we’d come in on Saturday to make the purchase. Rather than wait until the next morning, he reached out on Friday evening to start getting information and paperwork together so that we could be out of there in our new ride as soon as possible on Saturday morning. Our purchase went smoothly minus one hiccup, but Ed had the team come get the car and bring it back to the dealership so that we wouldn’t have to come back ourselves after the holiday. If you’re in the market for a Volvo, I would recommend these guys and gals over other Volvo dealerships in the tristate area. More

Even though this was not a brand new vehicle, it did not matter. The whole sales process was seamless and straightforward. None of the going back and forth and spending countless hours working out the deal like we had at other dealerships. One night Mike and Kathy spent as much time as we needed and got to know us better. Mike lives in the same area that we do, so most of the night we were talking about local restaurants. We feel this was not just to sell us a vehicle but just to make sure we are making the right decision and feel welcomed as family. Making us feel like family and not just a customer, goes a long way with us. So much so, that two weeks later, we put together a second deal for the same vehicle just a different color. I am sure they does not happen often. We are now proud owners of 2 2018 XC60 Inscriptions. Looking forward to years of driving these amazing vehicles. We should have came to Volvo years ago. More

Went to another Volvo dealership first and they completely turned me off. Decided to drive a little further out to Princeton Volvo and felt comfortable right away with Joselyn.
