As a young man, David J. Long Jr. always thought he would serve with the Peace Corps or become a teacher. But with the promise of a good job with Ford Motor Company during college Long refocused his vision into growing a successful business while helping to improve the lives of others in his Princeton area community.
Health care, safety and children are at the forefront of the causes and organizations to which Long and his family devote their time, energy and money. Long, who owns three Volvo dealerships in and around Princeton, is a rallying force in the community, serving on boards and donating time, cars and money to various programs and projects.

I noticed the TPMS monitor and saw that one of the tires was low on pressure. I inspected and found a small nail in the tire. Then I called Volvo at Princeton and Emerson assured me that it will not take mo was low on pressure. I inspected and found a small nail in the tire. Then I called Volvo at Princeton and Emerson assured me that it will not take more than an hour if I could come into the dealership. It took less than an hour and my car tire issue was taken care of. We brought my sons car in for the Check Engine light and when we came to pick it up, we were informed the light came on again as they were bringing it to my son which costs us an additional $900 dollars for when we came to pick it up, we were informed the light came on again as they were bringing it to my son which costs us an additional $900 dollars for them to fix the check engine light the second time. We are just hoping that it is really fixed as we wonder how could trained employees not correct the problem the first time around. More
