Princeton Volvo is how car dealers should be in your head but that you didn’t think could exist in real life. If could rate every individual my husband and I worked with at this dealer they’d all receive 5+ but that you didn’t think could exist in real life. We went into the dealer last Saturday to look at an XC90 to replace my husband’s Jeep and met Kathy who quickly pulled around the vehicle we wanted to drive. She gave us a quick how to and sent us on our way. When we returned from our test drive we spoke to another employee, Angel, in the lot on our way back in. We asked him at least 50 questions about the car and asked his perspective versus the other vehicle we were looking at (another make and dealer). He was honest and fair in his assessment and was clearly passionate about cars in general. Upon meeting back with Kathy we weren’t hard sold but rather had a normal conversation before looking at numbers. In a single exchange we had a deal. No gimmicks no games just straight forward and honest. At the end of the deal Michael the General Manager asked us what it would take to get me out of my car. I shared what it would be and he said bring it in. My husband and I laughed about it but indeed brought it in and we both took home Certified Volvo’s on Friday presented to us with BIG BOWS and all! And while you sign Jose in finance will help you through the paper work and have you laughing as go you through. Though out the whole process Kathy and Michael were responsive and you felt that you weren’t just a deal to get out the door but a person they cared about and a person they wanted to enjoy the product they were selling. A few little items needed to be sorted out after delivery, Kathy and Michael jumped right on them. We even met the Sales Manger Jason as he helped us set up Volvo On Call. Nothing but kind professionalism and wanting the best for you. Thank you Volvo if Princeton for restoring my faith in a car dealership. When it comes time for a new car again I don’t know if we could ever go anywhere else. More

I stopped in without an appointment, on my way to an appointment an hour away, because of a "low tire pressure" alert on my dashboard display. Had they not been willing to take the car without advance notice, I either would have had to cancel my appointment or else may have risked a flat tire on the highway in transit to my appointment.
