Not only did Mike and his team get us the best and most fair deal, the service was second to none. Mike was so quick to locate options for us that didn’t require a visit to the showroom (so important given the pandemic) and even gave us a tour of the car on FaceTime! Mike and his team handled all the lease terms and particulars (even with our insurance) via phone and email so all we had to do was go in and sign! Claire was so lovely and took the time to ensure we got acclimated to our new XC90 and answered any of our lingering questions. Jose took the time to explain each and every paper we were asked to sign and didn’t make us feel rushed. It’s rare to find such white glove service these days with a wonderful, honest, and special group of people. We are already looking forward to our next visit when our other lease is up!
