The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 for customer service is because when I called to make the appointment a MONTH earlier (for a recall), I was told they had the parts. When I dropped my car off, I service is because when I called to make the appointment a MONTH earlier (for a recall), I was told they had the parts. When I dropped my car off, I was told the did NOT have the parts. Emerson righted the ship though. He was able to call Volvo and get the parts needed for the recall and took care of a few other things for me since the car took longer then expected to be completed . He is great to work with. However, Volvo needs to be more clear when customers call for specific work to be done. It is inconvenient to come out there to discover they don't have something they said they did. But again, Emerson handled it all well. More
