It was pretty quick and the team was very helpful. However, in prior phone calls, most employees have no idea what Care by Volvo is and one said there is no such thing on the phone. The sales team is responsive to emails/calls pre-pickup but I wish their enthusiasm and great customer service continued after the car has been delivered, it's proving a bit difficult to get responses to inquiries. Overall a good experience and I'm very happy with my Volvo. More
