My wife and I chose to buy from this dealer because they had the Volvo we wanted. We drove more than four hours to purchase the car and expected an impersonal remote purchase. From the start our sales representative, Kathy, was pleasant to work with and efficient. She answered our questions and the dealership addressed our needs and some special concerns quickly, and made the process stress-free. When we arrived at the dealership our car was ready and waiting for us in front of the beautiful showroom. We were made to feel comfortable immediately. Our paperwork was quickly dealt with and we were ready to go. I must add that we felt that the dealership was fair from the start, with pricing on both our new car and our trades. The deal did not require any hard-sell techniques, dickering or theatrics. The Manager, Michael, dealt with a small appearance issue personally, was fun to interact with, and surprised us with a much-appreciated gift that was waiting for us in the car when we left. I can only imagine this dealership is amazing to deal with for regular customers. I wish we could coax their staff to move the dealer closer to us! More

I been a customer for over 20 years. I owned around 6 volvos. My car was towed in because of engine failure. Service didn't have any loaners available. I feel that service could have offered my a loaner volvos. My car was towed in because of engine failure. Service didn't have any loaners available. I asked service department to give me a offer on the vehicle instead being that it wasn't worth fixing and I have been a customer for so long. No offer was made. I owned at least 6 volvo. This is truly my last Volvo. More

Every staff member I spoke with was helpful and had my needs in mind. At no point in the sales process did I feel rushed and every question I had was answered before I left. When it came time to go to financing, I did not feel pressured to purchase any specific service (even though I did opt for an extended warranty) and the pricing was just as discussed during my previous phone/email conversations. When it comes time to purchase my next vehicle I will look to Volvo Cars Princeton again and I recommend anyone considering a Volvo to check them out. More
