This Volvo showroom, staff and selection of vehicles was just perfect. Everyone, especially Russ was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had intended buying a used Volvo from CarSense but after waiting 3 weeks for a model that I wanted to show up, with no luck, my wife and I stopped in at Volvo of Princeton to see what they had and wha after waiting 3 weeks for a model that I wanted to show up, with no luck, my wife and I stopped in at Volvo of Princeton to see what they had and what kind of deal we could get. I knew what I wanted and when I got the to dealership, I was introduced to Russ Sabine. He quickly looked through his inventory, finding the right car with the right options. There were both 2012 and 2013 S80's and I felt no pressure from Russ to buy the newer car, which was several thousand dollars more as it had a few options I really didn't need. The day I was there, the weather was horrible. Russ was very pleasant throughout, even getting my car and bringing it under the tent so I could look at it and stay dry. He took me through all the features and options, clearly knowing the car inside and out. The negotiation process could not have gone easier, without the typical back and further nonsense that I have experienced at other dealerships. We quickly came to an agreement on price and the deal was done. I picked up the car and finished the paperwork the following Monday, working with Dan Graff on the finance and upgrade options. Again, there was no high pressure upselling from Dan and the paperwork process could not have gone better. I was also introduced to the manager Paul Forino. Paul is a "regular guy" and wanted to make sure I knew that everyone at the dealership would be there for me for anything I needed. I took my new S80 in for a "we owe" service a few days later and the Service Department experience was excellent. Ginny helped get me in and out very quickly and I was on my way. I highly recommend this dealership for service and price. More
We are repeat customers at Princeton Volvo and found Brian, Paul and Dan a pleasure to deal with. Brian was hard-working, detail-oriented, honest and we felt like he wasn't going to "screw" us. We had a comfort level with him from our first dealings that he was a person of integrity and was trustworthy. Paul, the sales manager, went over and above to help us when we turned in our prior leased vehicle before the dealership was able to locate the new car we wanted and allowed us to take a test-drive car on an extended test-drive so we could attend our son's high school graduation. Paul was also accommodating with financing arrangements. He truly was key in getting the deal done. The receptionist, Kathy, was friendly and helpful. She even assisted us in turning in our leased vehicle. We have consistently found everyone at this dealership to be "first-class" as you would expect given that the Volvo is a first-class product. The vehicle has plenty of quality accessories that make it a luxurious vehicle all as standard equipment and at a reasonable price. We love our Volvo and our Volvo dealers!!! More

we bought our XC60 from Princeton Volvo and it was a great experience working with Nils and the rest of the team there. We purchased a few months ago back in January. I've always wanted to spend a min great experience working with Nils and the rest of the team there. We purchased a few months ago back in January. I've always wanted to spend a minute to post a good rating for these guys but haven't been able to until now, which in itself I guess is a testament to their excellent service and professionalism. Nils was very patient with me and helped me understand the different features and options of the car. Nils and the Princeton team never pushed any other items that i did not want. I came out with a fair trade offer and was very satisfied with my final purchase price. The xc60 drives great and I'm very happy we went with it. More

Sold a car right out from under me after I gave them my CC info for a $500 deposit. We were still in negotiating a price on my trade in VIA email and he emails me and says 'car sold for $26,000.'
