Burning oil We were disappointed to learn that our 2015 S60 needs engine rebuilt or replaced due to cylinder rings. Management was extremely cooperative. GM Chris Long made the pick up a breeze. Arguably the fastest paperwork ever. A pleasant atmosphere, great environment with updated dealership and good ambiance. Indeed they value their customers. Highly recommend it if you are in the market for a Volvo in the area. More

No appointment -warning light issue. I was within five miles of the location when the engine warning light came on. Checked gas cap and fluid levels and couldn't locate an issue so decide I was within five miles of the location when the engine warning light came on. Checked gas cap and fluid levels and couldn't locate an issue so decided to drive direct to the dealership. After a quick check determined that the issue was not "terminal" so made an appointment for the following morning as by now it was late afternoon. The following morning the vehicles was thoroughly checked/tested and the issue determined to be an aging gas cap! Once replaced all running very smoothly and back on the road. Vehicle is an XC70 AWD SE -year 2000 with only 118000 miles . One owner, me , from new ,and regular serviced at Volvo throughout. Highly recommend both Volvo cars and this dealership./service centre. I have owned Volvos since 1987,this is the one we have kept the longest . We have a more recent XC70, as well, 41,000 miles ,which was purchased and serviced at this location. More
