Legendary Customer Service I needed some service work done on my old Volvo. Usually I wouldn't go to the dealer, but other shops refused the job. It was a lengthy complicated I needed some service work done on my old Volvo. Usually I wouldn't go to the dealer, but other shops refused the job. It was a lengthy complicated project. I went to Volvo of Plymouth. Bryan in the Service Dept was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make this experience painless for me. It got fixed quickly and with skill. He called with updates. He coordinated with Volvo Corporate with recall issues. And I received a follow up call from Lysandra to make sure everything went well. Completely alleviated all my stress over this . Price was exactly as estimated. I can be a tough customer and I was thoroughly impressed. They are proactive and addressed all my concerns. So grateful I went to Volvo in Plymouth. Thank you. More
