Laurie, who helped with the financing, registration, insurance companies and other details was a dream to work with. From running my own company, my credit history is certainly not the best and she was free of judgement, straightforward, discreet and empathetic. She also got the job done for us in a way that made the buying experience an absolute delight compared to previous experiences at other Dealerships. I am thrilled with my decision, my purchase and the terms. I hope I don't need another car anytime soon but when I do, I know exactly where i will start my search. Pleasant car buying experience I always dread the process of buying a new car, the haggling, leaving and waiting for sales person to call you back with a deal, etc. For months I I always dread the process of buying a new car, the haggling, leaving and waiting for sales person to call you back with a deal, etc. For months I had been doing online research and knew I needed to go see my choices. I was out one day, had some extra time and stopped at 2 dealerships. As an afterthought I stopped into Volvo Plymouth. From the time I walked in, Ken Scalia treated me with professionalism, knowledge of the vehicle without making me feel like if I did not buy that day the car would be gone. I told him I would not be buying a car that day. Ken researched their inventory, suggested some models and I returned When I arrived he had found the exact car I wanted and had it waiting for me.
