Oil change and inspection Joshua was very accommodating. My only concern was that the showroom people, 4 and sometimes 5 people, were not regularly using masks to protect them Joshua was very accommodating. Very disorganized process which required a completely unnecessary trip back to the dealership for something that should have been take care of prior to delivery. When I originally called, I was working w unnecessary trip back to the dealership for something that should have been take care of prior to delivery. When I originally called, I was working with one salesperson and when I arrived, I was with a different salesperson and had to reinvent the wheel a bit. Paperwork was incorrect and required editing after delivery - this was only done at my insistence as the dealership did not follow up. Overall disappointed in the car buying experience at this dealership - I lease and work with dealerships every couple of years and always have a great, amicable experience. This was disorganized from the get-go and, in hindsight, probably should have walked away and worked with a more local dealership. As an example - I was not given spare keys...they were going to be FedEx’d to me but weren’t sent until I called twice about them...I had asked the salesperson about a question I had regarding the radio and she was going to check with service and get back to me...I’m still waiting :) Overall not the best experience - I will chalk it up to an “off” day for the sales staff. More
While I appreciate the service being completed on my vehicle, the customer service was sub-par. I was told several times that they were so busy, I wasn’t asked if I had any questions about the service, vehicle, the customer service was sub-par. I was told several times that they were so busy, I wasn’t asked if I had any questions about the service, and I was accused of damaging a loaner. I pride myself on accountability and did not appreciate the treatment I received. I assume good intent and that perhaps Josh had a bad day. While I don’t appreciate the treatment, I hope he gets the help he needs during his busy days so this doesn’t occur again or with anyone else. More
