The overall appearance of the dealership was immaculate. Everything was clean and very tidy. We worked with Justin and from the start he was wonderful. He was timely in his responses and wonderful upon our arrival to take delivery. The lady whom we signed our paperwork was wonderful and very well informed of all documents we were signing. The one thing that did take an extra amount of time was when they were getting the car ready. Upon our arrival at 8:45 (was a set appointment) the car was still getting the 100,000-mile tune-up and then it still needed to be cleaned. We signed paperwork at 9:30 and then proceeded to take our 4-year old for a 2 hr walk around the grounds because it took another two hours to get the car ready. I am grateful for the time they spent cleaning and preparing the car, it just seems like it could have been done prior to our scheduled pick up time on Saturday morning. More
We stopped in Plymouth on a rainy Sunday afternoon to check out the inventory of pre-owned xc60’s in the lot. Ended up having some questions so entered dealership without an appointment.
