My entire experience with your dealership was exceptional. I had three visits # before we purchased the car including the first one "off the street." John was pleasant, helpful and accommodatin exceptional. I had three visits # before we purchased the car including the first one "off the street." John was pleasant, helpful and accommodating at every visit and in the exchange of numerous emails after the 1st and 2d visits. In the end your website (where I saw the very low mileage car after visit 2) and the car itself made the sale but I would not have continued to shop your inventory if my experience had not been a very positive one. I'm aware John has other jobs in your dealership but he is a very effective salesperson. More

I found that they didn't match and it took some extra time and work, for the service advisor and me to work out. I suppose it could have been and oversight by me, but it should be easier. More
