I would have rated with a 5 star, but on initial visits I am not sure that they total believed that what I was saying was true. But, ultimately. I stopped by on November 5th for some information on how to change the battery on my Volvo's key. A very pleasant young man in the parts department changed the battery and advised that we go out to the car to change the battery on my Volvo's key. Upon approaching the car he noticed that on the front tire a large strip of rubber had been torn back. I had never noticed it. Thank goodness for his alertness and decision to come out to my car to show me how to use the key he had prepared for me. I returned the next day and purchased a new tire and rotated the tires. Not only this excellent employee impress me greatly with his concern and alertness, he also made a new tire sale for Volvo. More
