Generally a positive experience. I dealt with James Cantere, a young man new to the business. James was very friendly with an open, positive attitude. The purchase of my Volvo S80 went forward with no difficulties. While James did all he could to help, it was obvious he was new to Volvo. Consequently, he did not always have answers to my questions. I'm sure he will improve with time. My only suggestion would be to provide more "tutorial" time to help new purchasers learn how to operate all the many features available in the new Volvos. More

It had been an emotional time and still hadn't got the money from the insurance for my car yet that was totaled. They stayed open late just for me to take a look at a ford they had on their lot and they knew I had a budget because like I said, I still haven't received the money from the insurance yet but was in desperate need of a car but I still wanted to be able to get a nice car and not just settle for some junk for my family to ride in because of the dilemma I was in. They gave me a great price for a car that was such a great deal and were so understanding and nice about what I had been through. They were not pushy but seemed like they really cared. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a car. Best service I have ever had at a car dealership! More
