We made an appointment with James and when we arrived w My fiancé and I went into this dealership to test drive a Nissan Altima coupe we found online. We made an appointment with James and when we arrived we were greeted promptly and there was even a welcome sign outside with our names on it. The car we were test driving was ready to go as soon as we pulled into the dealership. This particular car wasn't the right fit for us but instead of sending us away, James checked all of his resources and was able to find the perfect used car for us. He also made sure that we got the best possible rate we could so we were able to stay within our budget. We are still very happy with our car and with the overall experience with James. He went above and beyond to make sure we left with a car that was exactly what we wanted. This is how all car buying experiences should be. More

He did a great job of introducing me to the Volvo features. He was also a great passenger on the test drive. I was very comfortable doing business with him. John Collins made a point of introducing himself to me and making me feel that I was important as a customer. The financial aspects were handled with ease and in a comfortable setting. Before the car was handed over to me, it was thoroughly cleaned, after which Aslan walked me through the systems. Since I had to change phones in order to use all of the features, I was able to return a few days later and Aslan was happy to get the phone synced and teach me little more about the car.
