Michael was so knowledgeable and helpful. Long story short, I bought a new XC60! First of all the car is amazing and so was my buying experience. I also will not go anywhere else if I ever need another new car. I went in today to pay for and pick up my new car. Again, easy and painless. Micheal spent about 2 hrs. going over all the car's features. Best bang for your buck in autos. It is actually mind blowing. Of course I have already forgotten more than I retained. Michael was so understanding and stated he was available anytime to go back over features. As much as I hate to say it, he will probably get tired of talking-to and seeing me. I recently moved from Dallas and this was my first time in the OKC VOLVO! I was treated so sweet, than was an extra added bonus, because who likes to take their care in for service to start with! My car needed new brake pads before the July 4th holiday. My husband called Tuesday morning, Kristina and her team worked me in for an appointment at 2:00. Kristina has a loaner car for me to use and was upfront and honest that the guys in service had a busy day so it would be closer to 5 before my car was ready. At 4:15 Kristina contacted my husband and I and offered to let us keep the loaner over night, to avoid 5 o’clock traffic and ensure it would be ready to go 1st thing in the morning! I live about 30 minutes out from the dealership and by 9, I had my car back and ready to roll!!
