Kristina a breath of fresh air! After 2 days of driving 10 hours a day, 80 miles out of Oklahoma City, 8 o’clock at night, a strange noise started coming from my engine. While waiting on a tow truck I spoke with a very nice and helpful gal who said it would be ok to get my car towed to Volvo Cars of Oklahoma City. The service department opened at 7:30 am. When I called I spoke with Kristina immediately and she reassured me that she going to take care of me and that she did! From the start, I felt at ease, she gave me up to date notices while also giving me choices instead of telling me what they were going to do. The service department was able to get me back on the road at noon the next day. I couldn’t be more thankful for Kristina. More
