Compared to other dealerships, the customer service at Volvo is top-notch!! And yes, I also shopped across the street (BMW Cooper), and I didn't like the fact that they didn't really check the cars - they just made them shiny - I test drove a car there and engine light came on right away. Not at Volvo. Cleaned, detailed, verified, and checked. Most of all, honest. Worked with Debbie Hite-Stewart. Second time working with her. Also bought an XC90 earlier this year and she helped me out through the whole process. Would definitely shop here again in the future! More
