It’s been a month! ! A month since I bought my car from them and I haven’t received my registration and tag.. when they said it was supposed to take 2 days! If I don’t ! Let me start with telling you I was actively shoppin on behalf of Yandi Oviedo, JC Rivero, and Serdar Dosemecioglu of Volvo Cars of North Miami. Let me start with telling you I was actively shopping for a new car and stopped at other locations before coming to this location. NONE of the other locations compare to the experience I had at Volvo of North Miami. In fact, a couple of the other locations lied to get us to come over, had large “Market Value” addendum stickers to take advantage of the current market we are in, or were selling a “used” car that also lost the $7500 tax-credit. (looking at Fully Electric Vehicles only.) From the moment I walked into the dealership, throughout the entire test drive, while I made up my mind, and until I left the dealership, I felt welcomed, valued, appreciated, and was treated with the an incredible level of respect. I didn’t have to go back and forth multiple times between our incredible Sales Consultant Yandi and Sales Manager Serdar. The terms were simply provided, agreed to, and then we moved forward. The entire process was fun, filled with many laughs, and was non-stressful. No one was “pushing” me to make a decision or rush. Once I made the decision to move forward with my purchase, The staff stayed after closing to make sure I was still completely satisfied. JC, the Finance Manager made sure the financing was completed quickly and effortlessly. (Unlike other car buying experiences where financing can take hours.) Again, we shared many laughs and great conversation while completing the contracting. The entire process felt like I had always been part of the family and Yandi, JC, and Serdar just wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. This was truly a memorable experience and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to give Yandi, Serdar, and JC the opportunity to help! You will not be disappointed! Gio worked on my price offers relentlessly, then entered Marlon. Eventually, after 2 weeks of dealing with both Gio & Marlon, we all reached an acceptable deal. Gio and Marlon of Volvo Cars of North Miami even went “over and beyond” to assist me with getting my vehicle transported to Arkansas. Gio & Marlon kept me updated with every phase of my vehicle purchase. Rite Way Auto Transport’s driver name David, delivered my vehicle ahead of schedule and he was EXTREMELY professional. BEST Volvo service in Florida. Tried to get into my local Volvo service center owned by Gunther Volvo- a SUPER nightmare. Miguel Garcia picked up my car and brought it to North Miami Volvo for it's ye local Volvo service center owned by Gunther Volvo- a SUPER nightmare. Miguel Garcia picked up my car and brought it to North Miami Volvo for it's yearly service. He redelivered it back to me the following day.
